Refunds/Returns (Physical Products)
There is a no refund/return policy when it comes to physical and/or digital products.
Once an item is purchased, from that point forward you are given complete ownership over said item. As our policy states we will not accept any refunds or returns of any product once we receive confirmation of purchase.
If you receive a product that you feel is not represented in the quality we portrayed it as on our website then you will be able to submit a claim via email to, email@example.com. From there we will review the claim and be in contact with you regarding a suitable resolution for both parties.
Shipping (Physical Products)
Once a physical item is purchased we will ship to the address you list within 3 business days.
If an address change is needed within those 3 business days feel free to contact, firstname.lastname@example.org. But we cannot promise that a change will be able to be made if we have already started the shipping process at the time of your inquiry.
Refunds (Digital Products)
As stated, there is a no refund/return policy when it comes to physical and/or digital products.
Once you book an appointment and complete payment regarding a one on one video chat with one of our clients, a live streamed event, or any digital booking or event we offer on our website, from that point forward the no refund policy is intact. As our clients all face busy business and personal schedules once a booking is marked in ours and their calendars we expect a commitment from the purchaser to follow through on the booking.
In the rare case where an emergency may arise for one of our clients and they are not able to follow through on their commitment to the booking we will either offer you the option of full refund, in site credit of your exact purchase amount to use for any of our other products, or simply just a rescheduled booking of the said client once they are available again.
Please be advised Live Stream fan engagements are a privilege. It shall be the unilateral discretion of the FanFavz talent to terminate any Live Stream in the event of the following; profanity, insults, inappropriate language, intentionally unnecessary discord, or any other dialogue that is argumentative or inappropriate in content and nature. It is the intention of this platform to create a positive fan experience. If this is not the consumer's intention, the call will be subject to termination and no refund will be provided. By using this site, each consumer hereby consents to the terms and conditions set forth.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely event of a missed scheduled fan engagement, the session will be rescheduled at the mutual convenience of all parties. If this cannot be achieved, a refund will be issued to the customer within 14 business days.
